*Do you offer returns & exchanges?
No. All sales are final unless there is a defect with your product.
*What should I do if my balloons get damaged or burst while I'm setting up my kit?
Each of our kits includes a bonus of five extra balloons, just in case things get a little wild.
*When can I expect my kit to arrive?
Products are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is 5-8 business days.
*How long will my balloons last?
No promises, but indoor setups usually stick around for about three weeks, while outdoor displays usually hang on for just a few days.
*One single payment or a few separate payments?
I require 25% of the total cost is due upfront, with the remaining 75% split into three payments one week before the event.
*How do I purchase a decor package?
Simply fill out our fun and easy form. (located on our decor package page) Once I receive your personalized details, I'll whip up a fabulous proposal for the decor package tailored just for the bride.
*What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, this has to be done 9 days before your scheduled party date. Please keep in mind all fees paid are non-refundable.
*What are the steps to access the accommodation? Are we required to check in before set up?
I'll touch base once you send us the check-in details for your hotel or Airbnb. Feel free to enter after we complete the setup, which typically takes one to three hours. You can also drop off your belongings while we work; your presence is not required upon our arrival.
*How do I book these bonus services.
It's easy! Fill out the form under the bonus services page OR fill out the decor package form, simply select the bonus service you're interested in. I will reach out with a proposal that includes all your selections. If you have any specific ideas or request, feel free to add that to the "share any extra fun deets" box at the end of the form.
*How far in advance should I book?

*Do I have to do everything in one day?
No, you can pick what days' work best for you.
*I like a certain package, but can I change the restaurant?
Yes, this would be a custom package. In the "share the deets" section let me know what you would like.
*Can I personalize or customize an item in your store?
At this time, we do not offer personalization or customization.
